Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 03/21/2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Happy Biz LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit myOS-App.com, use any related mobile application, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide directly

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Mailing address

  • Phone number

  • Account credentials

  • Payment or billing details

  • Messages, support requests, or other communications

  • Any other information you choose to provide

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address

  • Browser type

  • Device identifiers

  • Operating system

  • Pages viewed

  • Dates and times of access

  • Referring URLs

  • App or site usage information

  • Cookie and similar technology data

These are common categories of data sites collect through standard logs, cookies, analytics, and service operation.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from:

  • Analytics providers

  • Payment processors

  • Hosting providers

  • Authentication providers

  • Advertising or marketing partners

  • Social media platforms, if you interact with us there

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services

  • Process transactions and send receipts or service messages

  • Create and manage accounts

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support

  • Send administrative, security, and technical notices

  • Personalize user experience

  • Monitor usage, trends, and performance

  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Send marketing communications where permitted by law

Under California law, businesses subject to the CCPA/CPRA must tell consumers the categories of personal information collected and the purposes for which those categories are used.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • Keep the Services functioning

  • Remember preferences

  • Measure traffic and usage

  • Improve performance

  • Support marketing or advertising efforts

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect functionality.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting. At this time, our Services do not respond to DNT browser signals.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information:

  • With service providers and vendors that help operate the Services

  • With payment processors to complete transactions

  • With analytics and hosting providers

  • With professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, and insurers

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction

  • To comply with law, legal process, or government request

  • To protect rights, safety, property, users, or the public

  • With your consent or at your direction

We do not sell personal information for money. If that is not true, do not use that sentence.

If you use ad tech, cross-context behavioral advertising, or certain data-sharing tools, California law may treat some disclosures as “selling” or “sharing” even if no money changes hands. That needs a more tailored policy and possibly opt-out links.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

California law requires collection, use, retention, and sharing to be reasonably necessary and proportionate to disclosed purposes.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The FTC expects businesses to protect personal information with reasonable safeguards and has brought enforcement actions where companies misrepresented security practices or failed to protect data appropriately.

7. Your Choices

You may:

  • Opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails

  • Request account updates or deletion, where applicable

  • Disable cookies through browser settings, subject to functionality limits

If you send commercial marketing emails, recipients must have a way to stop future marketing emails under CAN-SPAM.

8. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, our business is not subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.

The CCPA gives California consumers specified rights, but it applies only to businesses that meet statutory thresholds.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we collected such information without appropriate consent, we will delete it.

If your site or app is directed to children under 13, or you knowingly collect personal information from them, COPPA imposes additional notice and parental-consent requirements and this section is not enough.

10. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Services may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

11. International Users

Our Services are intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

If you actively target users in the UK, EU, or other regions with separate privacy regimes, this policy needs expansion.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the Effective Date above. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
